Return Policy

The Official's Choice, Inc. gladly accepts returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the card used at the time of purchase, minus any shipping and handling charges. Merchandise must be returned with the original packaging and cannot be used or worn. Items that indicate use will not be accepted for a refund. We recommend you insure your return package for the full value of the sale, as The Official's Choice, Inc. is not responsible for packages while they are in transit to our fulfillment center. Please expect up to 14 days to see the return credited to your account, depending on the timing of your financial institution. Please note we do not process exchanges for size and color. Please return any items you wish and place a subsequent order online for the item or size you wish to purchase. Exchanges may be allowed in the unlikely event of a defective product. If our product had a defect at the time of shipping to you from our fulfillment center, contact us at theofficialschoice@outlook.com to arrange for exchange with no additional shipping charges. To pass along the best savings to our customers, the choice of shipping carrier is at the discretion of The Official's Choice, Inc. Shipments may take up to 5 business days to reach their destination. Shipping is provided to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.

• $25.01 to $50 = $10.00
• $50.01 to $75 = $12.50
• $75.01 to $100 = $15.00
• $100.01 to $125 = $17.50
• $125.01 to $150 = $20.00
• $150.01 to $175 = $22.50
• $175.01 to $200 = $25.00
• $200.01 to $225 = $27.50
• $225.01 to $499.99 = $30.00
• $500.00 to $999.00 = $50.00
