Return Policy

The Official's Choice, Inc. gladly accepts returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the card used at the time of purchase, minus any shipping and handling charges. Merchandise must be returned with the original packaging and cannot be used or worn. Items that indicate use will not be accepted for a refund. Please expect up to 14 days to see the return credited to your account, depending on the timing of your financial institution. Please note we cannot process exchanges. Please return any items you wish and place a subsequent order online for the item or size you wish to purchase. Thank you for being our customer.
